Our Pro training team is the best in the industry - Platinum Course Director Kerrie Eade works alongside Elite Course Director Edwin Lodder to ensure each course is fun and enjoyable whilst delivering the highest level of coaching and extraordinary success rates.  

As a Career Development Centre, Ocean Turtle Diving has achieved the highest level of recognition from PADI for its Pro training. We train in excess of 200 professionals each year, yet deliver bespoke, tailored training to meet the needs of each candidate.

The team’s diving industry network is immense, guaranteeing you at least an interview for that dream job, whether you want a complete change of career and lifestyle, or are just looking to use your spare time more effectively.

Divemaster

The PADI Divemaster course will transform you from a passionate diver into a dive leader and prepare you for some extraordinary job opportunities around the world. You will expand your knowledge of scuba diving concepts and equipment and gain leadership abilities through practical workshops with an instructor mentor. PADI Divemaster is the first step in your diving career.

Assistant Instructor

The PADI Assistant Instructor course takes PADI Divemaster training a step further by teaching certified assistants how to introduce new knowledge and skills independently, or with minimal supervision. The course enhances abilities as an instructional assistant and provides candidates with practical experience in teaching knowledge and skill development portions of various PADI courses.

PADI Course Directors are PADI Master Instructors who have taken the next step and joined an elite group of instructor trainers. Course Directors teach PADI Instructor Development Courses (IDCs) and other instructor-level training, and thus are the scuba diving industry's most influential leaders and role models.
