Equipment Servicing
As an authorised dealer for
several
leading
manufacturers, we can service a wide range
of equipment on-site, in the dive centre. If we
can't service it ourselves we will be happy to
arrange for one of our approved partners, or the
manufacturer, to complete the work for you.
We are an approved Suunto
Advanced Computer Watch (ACW) Service Centre and can
repair, service and perform battery changes on the
complete range of Suunto dive computers. We provide
a 'while you wait' service for a small additional
charge, subject to availability.
Cylinder servicing, at an approved IDEST testing
facility, is also provided and normally takes just a week.
We provide a high quality equipment servicing and
repair service at reasonable cost. Typical prices

BETWEEN CYLINDER TESTS
The period
of 2 ½ yrs between visual tests is stated in the BS
EN Standards to be the MAXIMUM interval
If a cylinder due for a visual inspection is
presented late, then it becomes due for a full test
(Hydro)

VALVE MAINTENANCE
From
January 2007 a full service of the cylinder valve
must be carried out at each 2 ½ year Inspection/Test
in accordance with BS EN 14189 ( this service is
included in the cost of an 02 clean )
Gas Blending and Cylinder Filling
We can provide clean, dry, compressed air at
pressures up to 330 bar from our three-phase
compressor and air banks.
Air fills, for divers and air gunners can normally
be completed while you wait but blended Nitrox and
Trimix fills require time to settle and complete
mixing - please remember that it may take several
hours before the final blend can be accurately
analysed. Blended gases should be allowed to settle
for 24hours before being used.
We also fill cylinders for
other activities such as air gun shooting and
paintballing as well as scuba divering, as long as they
are in test.
